Management

We offer our residents a log-in portal and mobile app to streamline all communications with regard to rent payments and maintenance requests.  Additionally, all documents are viewed and signed using the latest electronic signature software.

In the event of a maintenance item, we respond quickly and precisely, especially if it's a property that we’ve renovated. Because of our well documented construction process and familiarity with the building, it’s likely we can narrow down the cause of the issue even before arrival.

 

Our team is committed to long-lasting repairs. If replacement of the item is needed, we will move swiftly to get our residents back up and running as soon as possible.
